Happy New Year, my faves! With our sweet surprise engagement and then our dream wine country wedding, 2017 was a pretty amazing year, but I have to say I am SO excited for all 2018 has to bring. I am starting a new job next week, Will and I are house-hunting, AND I have big big plans for this little blog. Lots of changes! If it seems like I have a lot on my plate that is definitely because I DO. Eek! No complaints – It’s all really good stuff, so I am pumped to get started.
If you know me at all, you know I am a lover of lists. Like I make lists of lists. I am off this entire week between old job and new job, and so of course, I made an entire list of what I wanted to accomplish while I had the time. I write literally everything down, because it’s the only way I can truly stay organized! This extreme need to jot makes me a serious planner person. [Side note: I have found you are either a planner person, or you’re not. There is no in between, but I cannot even imagine not being one!] I have serious respect for those who can remember ANYTHING without one, because I certainly am not that way.
STARTplanner:
When it comes to planners, I have tried them all. The cheapies from Target, the super expensive kind that are the size and weight of my high school biology book, and the flat lay kind that sit on your desktop, but nothing has come close to comparing to my love for the STARTplanner line. Not only is it small and easy to carry in my purse, the STARTplanner also has pages for organizing my finances (seriously, need all the help I can get here) and pages for planning my meals and workouts. They also have 3 different versions of the planner, so you can choose the one that best suits your lifestyle. My favorite is the Hustle Planner…possibly just because of the name. There is even one for planning your wedding!
