Day two on the lake is coming to a close & I have the sunburn to prove it. Today was all about inflating a giant swan & high-waisted bikini bottoms.
The high-waist is a trend I was VERY hesitant about trying. I have a long torso and am definitely curvier on the lower half of my body, and was not exactly sure I wanted to highlight that situation with stretchy fabric.
Once I decided I wanted to embrace my inner pin-up, this Victoria’s Secret find was the perfect transition piece for me. It has the coverage of the higher waist, but the cut-outs make it feel a lot more modern and little less modest.
